I made me another pair of shorts. I used stretch denim from fashionfabricsclub.com, and it's the best stretch denim I've ever sewn with so far. It has just the right amount of stretch, and it's just the right weight too.
I will confess that my husband has been the one to put the rivets on my other pairs of jeans I've made. It just seemed so scary to put them in! And hard too. But I am proud to say that I put the rivets in this pair. And it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

These jeans are so comfortable. I love that I can bend over in them without them sagging waaayyy down.
I'm glad to have them finished. They always take me so long to make! Now, I'm ready to finish a children's t-shirt pattern I've been working on.
